This is just a small portion of the Generative
Dialogue System you are going to learn in
our Lived Training Program in
this November.
You will learn in details about Decision 2 and
many more Decisions in the lived training. You are going
to
master
the full system.
Below please find our feedback to your decision in Decision
1.
Decision
1 - You Choose B
Continuing to be against Peter's point of view or using Mary's experience
to persuade is not the best option. Both options will
make Mary pushing Peter too much ending in arguements.
It can be better if we suggest Mary to check whether both parties understanding
each other enough. There could be, and usually would be mis-understanding
when people are having different opinions.
The speed of our brain is super-fast. We draw decisions quickly. We think
that we understand other's point of view by making Assumptions about others.
The
decisions are
so quickly
that
we tend to see our Assumptions as Facts.
As both persons are so confident that their decisions are based on "facts",
both will try to persuade others to buy in their own suggestions. This is
frustrating and time-consuming.
It is advisable to stop and review whether both parties fully understand
each others.
Decision 2
We will discuss your Decision 2 in
our Lived Training Program. There will be Decision 3,
4, 5 .... in the Lived Program waiting for you to learn.
