Mary: I have many years of experience in selling ice cream. I have also launched ice cream moon cakes for my previous company. I have seen so many customers buying them.

Peter: You might be right if we were an ice cream shop. But we are a traditional bakery. Not an ice cream shop.

Mary: But according to survey, more than 80% of the population in Hong Kong loves ice cream. It is same here and over there. We are still in Hong Kong.

Peter: Mary, I nderstand you are trying to help us increasing the sales. I am here in this company for 20 years. There are so many things you still not clear yet. Remaining unchanged is the best choice.

Time is limited. Mary need to kick start her new plan as soon as possible to capture more sales before the Mid-Autumn Festival. However, Peter will not accept her proposal.
